🎭🎄 ELF THE MUSICAL – Additional Rehearsals & Important Information! 🎄🎭 Dear Parents and Carers, Thank you, as always, for your continued support and commitment to Limelight! We're getting incredibly excited about our fabulous production of Elf in January, and we want to make sure our wonderful young performers feel confident, prepared and completely show-ready! To help us bring the production together and make it the very best it can be, we have arranged some additional rehearsals. 🎭 Additional Rehearsal Dates Sunday 20th December: 10am–2pm (approximately) Saturday 16th January: 10am–2pm Sunday 17th January: 10am–2pm 📍 Venue: To be confirmed, although we hope to secure the Parish Hall in Bransparton. We appreciate that some of our HATS members have other production commitments and may need to leave early. We'll do our very best to schedule as much of their involvement as possible during the morning sessions so they don't miss out. 💛 Additional Rehearsal Contribution – £20 per Student To help cover the costs of these extra sessions, we kindly ask for a one-off contribution of £20 per student, covering all three additional rehearsals. In previous years, we've also included a show T-shirt as part of this contribution. However, with the rising costs of putting on productions, and the limited uptake of show T-shirts in previous years, we've decided to take a more practical and affordable approach. Instead, we'd love our performers to wear their Limelight T-shirts with pride! 🌟 Not only does this help keep costs manageable for families, but it also celebrates something we're really proud of – being part of the Limelight family! It gives our young performers a sense of belonging, team spirit and a shared identity without the additional expense of purchasing another show T-shirt. 🎄 Thank You for Your Support! We genuinely appreciate the time, energy and commitment that our families put into supporting their young performers. These additional rehearsals are so valuable in helping the children feel confident, work together as a team and experience the excitement and achievement of being part of a fantastic production. We're so proud of what they're creating together and can't wait to see all their hard work come to life on stage in January! Thank you for helping us make Elf a truly magical experience for everyone involved! 🎅✨ Warmest wishes, Amy and the Limelight Team 💛
